Your qualifications and competences:
• Excellent knowledge of ground handling processes
• Ideally, professional experience as a ramp agent or turnaround coordinator
• Very good English language skills and ideally, German language skills in both written and spoken form
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent time and self-management
• Willingness to work in shifts
• High level of empathy and good communication skills
• Flexibility and assertiveness
• Successful background check (according to aviation security laws)
Your Responsibilities:
• Coordination and monitoring of handling processes at the aircraft from arrival to departure while complying with applicable safety regulations and quality standards.
• Control of aircraft loading regarding weight and balance.
• Shared responsibility for an on-time departure.
• Reporting of damages to the aircraft or cargo.
• Creation and forwarding of flight documents.
• Ensuring a safe handling process.
• Documentation and control of luggage and cargo holds.
