AIRLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

WORKLOAD | 30-32 HOURS/WEEK, FRIDAY TO MONDAY

CONTRACT | FROM DECEMBER 2024 UNTIL APRIL 2025
WORKPLACE | GENEVA AIRPORT

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • Drive Easyjet vision of being the most loved European airlines by ensuring that an industry leading customer experience is delivered at Geneva airport
  • Drive Easyjet culture of making travel easy by identifying areas of improvements and any frictions within your airport customer journey
  • Proactively engage with Ground Ops partners to drive standards and ensure compliance to procedure
  • Show complete ownership for any customer complaints during your shift and drive resolution using all tools at your disposal
  • Coordinate actions and organize events to improve customer experience and address concerns in times of disruption
  • Become the bridge between our Operational delivery teams and Customer Experience team, ensuring great synergy between all functions


Your Profile:

 

  • Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written, any other language a plus
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or any other related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a customer-oriented role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Experience in event management a plus
  • Available to work Fridays until Mondays as well during Christmas, New Year and Easter and irregular hours between 9 am and midnight in shifts
  • Willing to travel to Easyjet’s headquarters for trainings
