Swissport International Ltd. is looking for an addition to support the Basel station from the beginning of 2025 in the role of

EXECUTIVE AVIATION / MOVEMENT CONTROL AGENT (M/F/D)
WORKLOAD | AT LEAST 120 HOURS / MONTH
WORKPLACE | AIRPORT BASEL-MULHOUSE 

Your Tasks:

• Professional handling and transportation of general aviation flight customers
• Close cooperation and coordination with airport police, customs, airport authorities, in-house services and catering providers
• Preparation of various services and transportation for crews/customers
• Flight documentation preparation according to customer requests: OFP, NOTAMs, weather charts, and other required documents
• Input, control, and publication of flight scheduling, as well as maintaining the flight plan database
• Regular contact with customers to coordinate their stay at the airport, local representatives and internal/external stakeholders
• Communication with all internal and external services providers
• Participation in operational day-to-day business in cooperation with a team of 10 members
• Monitoring and management of operations (AOM – Airport Operation Management)
• Flight movements controlling duties
• Various additional administrative tasks

Your Profile:

• Excellent proficiency in English, German, and French - both written and spoken
• Good computer skills, knowledge of systems (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional and customer-oriented appearance
• At least 2 years of experience in the aviation industry
• Willingness to work in shifts
