Head of Planning & Performance, Central & Eastern Europe

 

Main responsibilities and tasks:

 

  • Ensure effective, consistent and professional resource planning processes (long-/midterm planning, rostering, allocation, time and attendance) in line with Swissport’s global standards within CEE
  • Build and lead the Central Resource Planning and Performance team and resume functional leadership for the Planning and Performance resources at station/local level
  • Build, develop and train competencies in the region in these areas to strengthen resource planning processes
  • Plan, coordinate and execute activities to promote a KPI culture improve reporting, forecasting and performance management
  • Ensure that management (at all levels of the organization) has accurate, timely and consistent reports and forecasts of the key planning and performance indicators
  • Plan, organize and execute reviews of these processes and pursue innovation initiatives in line with Regional (EMEA) and Global Operations
  • Lead and actively initiate or support productivity initiatives within Central & Eastern Europe cluster without compromising on safety and quality standards
  • Support business development / start-up / integration activities within Central & Eastern Europe cluster
  • Participate in and support global and EMEA initiatives and projects

 

Profile:

 

  • At least bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years leadership experience in an international and matrix organization
  • Profound experience with resource planning, rostering, allocation and time and attendance processes
  • Experience with performance management systems and principles
  • Strong analytical, implementation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convince a range of audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with drive for self-improvement
  • Command of English as the corporate language; other languages spoken in the region are an advantage
